訂房流程、住宿規定Reservation&Rules(訂房前請詳閱!) @ Taipei Lili's home

我們提供以下兩種訂房方式 :

(1)線上訂房Online booking

注意!!!(訂房網站有清楚的條約保障房東與住客的權益，也有酌收一筆網站服務費喔，訂房前請確認您的住宿日期與人數再下訂)

(2) EMAIL&FACEBOOK訂房流程與住宿規定:

(訂房前請詳閱以下規章，Please read before booking, english version please find below)

1. 確認租期：

請先留言或來信詢問 taipeishidahostel@gmail.com ，

或搜尋 "Taipei Lili's home" 傳訊息到臉書粉絲頁我們會盡快回覆您!!

確認要訂房後，會告知您匯款(台灣旅客: 轉帳ATM、國外旅客: Paypal)帳號，並請您留下訂房姓名與聯絡方式

請於3天內轉匯訂金逾時取消

轉帳完成後，請將您的帳號(收據)末五碼寄到 taipeishidahostel@gmail.com

(確認款項，即完成訂房，保留房間。)

2. Check in and Check out ：

起租時間為當天下午3點後(如需寄放行李請預約喔!)，入住當天付清款項，退租時間為中午11點前。
入住時請提供身分證件(護照、駕照或健保卡)正本以登記並核對資料。

入住時間有彈性可事先約定

(如超過預計抵達的時間，請先告知喔)

以下為小宅的住宿公約還大家多多體諒配合感謝您!!!

●入住期間小宅為客人準備沐浴乳，洗髮乳，拖鞋，吹風機、冰箱、每房均有冷氣。（請自備毛巾，牙刷等）

●小宅提供 24小時WiFi無限網路

●入住期間，除非特殊情況，我們不會擅進客房 (節約能源實施中，出門請隨手關冷氣關電燈)

●垃圾請隨手放置到陽台，每日有專人定時清理、打掃，如有毀損設備或使環境過度髒亂，將額外收取費用。

●敬請愛惜小宅、以及共用設備，衛浴使用完後保持整潔，留給下一個人乾淨的衛浴

●避免打擾到其他樓層的鄰居與房客，開關大門與家門，請盡量輕放，晚上10點後降低音量! 嚴禁 Party !!!

●洗衣機使用時間早上10 :00 - 晚上 22 : 00

出租期間，為顧及其他旅客權益，維持居住安全與環境品質，請勿邀請您的朋友進入小宅作客
全面禁"菸" and "煙"(烹煮)、禁PARTY、禁寵物，

如有違規者退房辦理，非常感謝!!!!!

3. 其他注意事項：

因故取消，按比例退還費用規則如下:

(住宿日期14天前，取消訂房，全額退費；當天取消，不予退費)

ex. 預計10/15號住宿，於10/1通知，可全額退費。於10/15當天取消，不提供退費。

10-13天	70%
7-9天	50%
4-6天	40%
2-3天	30%
住宿前1天	20%
住宿當天	0%
入住後，欲取消、更改、縮減住宿天數房價收取全額，無法退費。	0%

*建議您，確認住宿日期與人數後再訂房喔！

BOOKING & RULES:

1. Make sure your arrival date and leaving date, and send mail to taipeishidahostel@gmail.com, we will send you a Paypal email!

Pay deposit 50%

and we will make sure the payment, provide our hostel detail info for you !

Finish Booking!

2. Check in time -> after 3.00 p.m.

(For security, please provide your personal identification or passport on the check in day)

Check out time -> before 11.00 a.m.

3. No SMOKING, Party, visitors, hand No PET during your staying.

Any violation to the rules, we will make check out and charge for compensation.

For your privacy, we will not provide guest room cleaning during your stay,

except special case. We will clean the public area in the hostel.

4. Cancellation policy:

10-13 days before arrive	70% refund
7-9 days before arrive	50% refund
4-6 days before arrive	40% refund
2-3 days before arrive	30% refund
1 day before arrive	20% refund
